Psychologue clinicienne agr\u00e9\u00e9e \u00e0 la Commission belge des Psychologues.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Je suis dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e d\u2019un Master en sciences psychologiques, \u00e0 finalit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie.<\/p>\n

Au sein de ma pratique je propose un suivi individuel personnalis\u00e9 ax\u00e9 sur une approche psychoth\u00e9rapeutique de type cognitivo-comportementale (TCC).<\/p>\n

J\u2019accompagne des adultes dans la travers\u00e9e de situations diverses : burnout, d\u00e9pression, anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, comportements obsessionnel, trauma, manque de confiance ou d\u2019estime de soi , difficult\u00e9 d’affirmation de soi, <\/strong>etc.<\/p>\n

Le but de ma pratique est de vous accompagner dans un travail visant \u00e0 modifier concr\u00e8tement, dans \u00ab l\u2019ici et maintenant \u00bb, les comportements que vous consid\u00e9rez comme probl\u00e9matiques dans votre vie quotidienne.<\/p>\n

Vos objectifs de changement seront d\u00e9finis au terme d\u2019un dialogue et d\u2019une analyse des facteurs qui contribuent au maintien (le comment) et \u00e0 l\u2019apparition (le pourquoi) du ou des comportements probl\u00e9matiques. Je vous accompagnerai dans la formulation de ces objectifs, r\u00e9alistes et concrets, en tenant compte de votre bien-\u00eatre, \u00e0 moyen et \u00e0 long terme, et de la qualit\u00e9 de vos relations avec autrui.<\/p>\n

Les s\u00e9ances de psychoth\u00e9rapie vont \u00e9galement vous aider \u00e0 comprendre votre fonctionnement actuel et \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir vos propres ressources pour les mettre au service du changement souhait\u00e9. Dans ce but, nous allons nous centrer sur vos \u00e9motions et vos pens\u00e9es automatiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 votre v\u00e9cu actuel, tout en tenant compte de votre exp\u00e9rience pass\u00e9e et de vos anticipations futures.<\/p>\n
